Please complete our intake form and ensure you provide as much detail as possible about you, your business and services you are interested in. A Representative will contact you to regarding membership. After you are an approved member, you will be provided with Login details and can begin your exciting journey with LCOY.

LCOY is built by lawyers, for lawyers and any individual practicing in the legal profession.
By restricting LCOY to attorneys only, we create an environment that promotes collaboration among officemates who share the same profession and confidentiality obligations. LCOY considers the following individuals as Legal Professionals: Judges, Lawyers, Barristers, Solicitors, Attorneys, Accountants, Paralegals, Arbitrators, Notaries, Mediators, Trustees.
Note: each Legal Professional must be insured and registered with the appropriate Regulatory Body. Interested parties are encouraged to complete and submit our Form. Admission and Membership is subject to the approval of the LCOY Director.
A Virtual Office Membership uses Law Chambers on Yonge's location as a business address with the option of using the boardroom and meeting rooms to meet clients.
This membership is great for someone who is working from home and needs a professional address for their practice and a place to meet clients.
The Private Office Membership is specifically designed for professionals who need exclusive use of an office space. This membership is ideal for solo practitioners who are setting up their own practice or for law firms looking to expand their operations.
At LCOY we have multiple Rooms or Chambers you can choose from.
Our standard membership agreement is typically annual or semi-annual, however subject to Director approval, we do make exceptions on a case-by-case basis if and when there is availability.
A micro-website is a Member and/or Firm profile on the LCOY website, highlighting the esteemed professional Members of LCOY. It is designed to serve a specific purpose or provide targeted information to a particular audience.
At LCOY we post an individual webpage about you under "Member Directory" and your practice on our website. This includes your contact information and a link to your website for more exposure, subject to Member approval.
At present we are only located in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Physical presence in the office is not required for mail handling. Our receptionist is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, to accept deliveries on your behalf.
Furthermore, if you have any outgoing mail, our receptionist can assist in sending it out for you.

The purpose of an office manager is to oversee and coordinate the administrative activities within LCOY, for the benefit of its Members. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and maintaining an efficient work environment.
Our Office manager is responsible for various duties, including managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and appointments, handling correspondence, organizing meetings and events, supervising support staff, and implementing office policies and procedures.
Their primary goal is to support the overall functioning of the office and enhance productivity by effectively managing resources and facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members. Our Office Manager will be at available, should you have any queries or concerns.
Yes! on-site complimentary Parking is available at LCOY for Private and Virtual Members and their respective Clients.
For an additional fee, LCOY Members can purchase a dedicated parking space in the underground garage. Members interested in this options, should speak to the LCOY Office Manager for further details.
You can begin using the address immediately after you register and make your first payment. LCOY staff will email you instructions to get you started.
